That’s the most common question I’m receiving as this year wraps up. And the answer? Not much.

Anyway, I’m very excited that they are finally here and we plan on spending some quality time together this weekend… taking pictures.
Below are their first pictures together. I took them out to the back yard and gently placed them on the picnic table and locked the dogs inside.

For an early Valentine’s gift (well, I’ll let him call it that so he won’t have to worry about flowers or chocolates this year), my dear Chad got me one of the best gifts I’ve ever received.
It’s a brand, spankin’ new Canon EOS 5D DSLR camera. I know, I know, it’s not the camera that takes great pictures, but having a totally awesome camera never hurt, right!?!
Here I am opening the box… getting excited about the battery charger. You should have heard me squeal when I pulled the camera out of the box!
There she is in all her glory…
I have yet to name her. I want to make sure it’s a name as beautiful as she is. (Yes, I’m a dork and I know it!)
